The Faith, Hope and Love Foundation started from the vision of Laura Brusseau, a High School teacher of Laconia, NH.  Feeling that teaching her students about civil duty was not enough, Laura decided to become an example and make a difference.

She communicated her vision to Jessica Dutille, Executive Director of the Pemi Youth Center, of Plymouth, NH, and long time friend.  Their friendship was originally built at Plymouth State University, where the two women participated in Habitat for Humanity builds together.

From the desire to give back to society, grew a passion to serve and to make a difference.  The women shared with each other their faith, spoke about their hopes and dreams, and loved spending time together.  It soon became obvious what their friendship was meant to change lives.

On January 11, 2006 Laura Brusseau and Jessica Dutille started the Faith, Hope and Love Foundation in order to address the overwhelming needs of today’s children and youth.  The foundation strives to bring hope to children and youth in need, and looks forward to a future of great possibilities.
